The NexusRAG platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by BioNexus and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Research outputs generated by your queries remain yours, subject to the terms of the underlying AI providers.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

NexusRAG is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated research outputs may contain errors and should be verified independently before use in critical decisions.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BioNexus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of NexusRAG.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
